Prepare a cleaner inquiry

Sharing these details upfront reduces follow-up and gets you to accurate pricing faster.

1) What to share for faster pricing

For faster quote review, share product/grade, quantity, destination port, packaging format, and any destination-specific documentation requirements.

  • Specify product names or grades you want to evaluate.
  • Share your estimated quantity in MT, container terms, or unit packs.
  • Include destination country and port/city for better freight alignment.
  • Sample and trial shipments can be discussed based on product, packaging, and destination requirements.

2) Packaging and labeling discussion

Typically 1 MT for spices and herbal powders, and 5 MT for grains and pulses. Smaller trial quantities can be discussed based on product and destination requirements.

  • Packaging and private-label scope is discussed based on product, pack size, destination, and labelling requirements.
  • Share target pack sizes and any known market labelling requirements.
  • Clarify if you need printed labels, branding support, or plain trade packing.
  • If unsure, request options first and finalize packaging after commercial review.

3) Documentation and compliance planning

Align compliance expectations before shipment planning to avoid delays.

  • Documentation is prepared based on commodity and destination-country requirements. Standard documents include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin (COO). Depending on requirements, we also arrange a Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
  • State destination-country documentation expectations before final quotation.
  • If your compliance team needs specific declarations, list them in the inquiry.
  • Use the certifications page during supplier onboarding and internal due diligence.

4) What happens after inquiry submission

A practical view of the initial quote review sequence (within one business day (typically within 24 hours)).

  • After inquiry submission, our export team reviews your requirements and shares pricing direction, MOQ alignment, and next-step details within one business day (typically within 24 hours).
  • Initial response typically covers pricing direction, MOQ alignment, and next-step data needed.
  • If details are missing, you will be asked to confirm them before final quote refinement.
  • Commercial terms and shipment planning are finalized during follow-up discussion.
